JOB DESCRIPTION
Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Social Media Marketing Manager with 1–2 years of relevant experience to join our team immediately. The candidate will be responsible for managing social media marketing activities for our clients, driving brand growth, engagement, lead generation, and online visibility. The role also includes client and team coordination, ad budget utilization, account management, developing and managing affiliate marketing initiatives, influencer collaborations, and strategic partnerships to support business growth among other things.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute social media marketing strategies for client brands across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and emerging social channels.
2. Create, manage, and maintain monthly content calendars aligned with client objectives, campaigns, and brand guidelines.
3. Coordinate with content creators, designers, editors, and shoot team to ensure timely delivery and publishing of content.
4. Manage day-to-day social media activities including content scheduling, publishing, audience engagement, trends and community management.
5. Monitor social media performance, prepare monthly reports, and provide actionable recommendations for growth and optimization.
6. Plan and execute organic and paid social media campaigns to improve reach, engagement, lead generation, and conversions.
7. Conduct competitor analysis, audience research, page audit, and trend monitoring to identify opportunities for client growth.
8. Build and maintain relationships with influencers, content creators, affiliates, referral partners, and strategic collaborators relevant to client campaigns.
9. Develop and manage affiliate marketing initiatives for clients, including affiliate onboarding, communication, performance tracking, and campaign optimization.
10. Identify and execute influencer marketing and partnership opportunities that support client marketing and business objectives.
11. Work closely with client servicing and creative teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and client satisfaction.
12. Maintain campaign documentation, approval processes, content records, and performance trackers.
13. Ensure brand consistency, platform best practices, and quality standards across all client accounts.
14. Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, content formats, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, and digital marketing best practices.
15. Continuously optimize strategies and campaigns based on data, insights, and evolving client requirements.
Requirements:
1. Experience: 1-2 year - Minimum work experience

3.Good understanding of marketing agency processes
4.Must have good communication, attitude and interpersonal skills
5.Good command over professional language in English, Kannada, Hindi, and Tulu-optional
6.Effective coordination & relationship management skills
7.Technical and domain knowledge related to the digital marketing field
8.Must be prompt, dedicated, data & strategy-driven and responsible
9.Must have confidence, professionalism, and attention to detail with work and reporting
10.Relevant certification in the said field will add weightage.
