We are seeking a highly polished, intelligent, and dependable Personal Secretary to provide exclusive personal and professional support to a senior executive/director. This is a high-responsibility and high-trust role requiring excellent coordination skills, discretion, communication ability, and executive presence.
The ideal candidate should be capable of managing the executive’s business commitments, personal scheduling, confidential correspondence, client coordination, document drafting, presentations, and travel support with professionalism and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Director’s personal and professional calendar, appointments, meetings, and daily schedule
- Draft, review, and send professional emails, letters, business correspondence, and follow-ups
- Prepare reports, notes, briefs, summaries, presentations, and important documents
- Create and present PPTs, business proposals, and presentations to clients or internal stakeholders when required
- Coordinate with clients, partners, staff, consultants, and vendors on behalf of the executive
- Handle confidential documentation and sensitive communication with complete discretion
- Organize meetings, travel plans, hotel bookings, itineraries, and event schedules
- Accompany the executive for business meetings, client visits, official events, and travel assignments when required
- Assist in both executive office work and selected personal coordination responsibilities
- Maintain smooth day-to-day functioning by ensuring timely reminders, follow-ups, and execution of important tasks

- Willing to travel with the boss for meetings, business trips, and important assignments
- Able to prepare and confidently present PowerPoint presentations and business materials to clients
Educational Qualification:
MBA / CA / CS / Advocate or similarly qualified professional with excellent communication, drafting, presentation, and executive coordination skills.
Preferred Age:
Up to 45 years
Additional Preference:
- Candidate should be well-groomed, presentable, confident, and professional in appearance and conduct.
- Experience in executive assistant, personal secretary, corporate coordination, legal drafting, business communication, or client-facing roles will be preferred
- Candidates with maturity, confidence, and the ability to handle both personal and professional executive tasks will be given preference
