- Ensure the quality and performance of software components through rigorous testing and debugging.
- Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of software design and development processes.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with technical challenges.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Virtual Agents.
- Experience in designing and implementing conversational interfaces and automated response systems.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to integrate virtual agent solutions with existing enterprise systems and APIs.
