Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect to design functional, aesthetically pleasing, and Vastu-compliant residential projects. The ideal candidate should have experience in architectural planning, client interactions, and construction coordination while ensuring designs are practical and executable.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural concepts, floor plans, elevations, and working drawings.
- Develop 2D drawings and 3D models for residential projects.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior design teams.
- Conduct client meetings to understand project requirements and present design concepts.
- Ensure designs comply with local building regulations and approval requirements.
- Prepare submission drawings for statutory approvals.
- Visit project sites to monitor design implementation and resolve site-related issues.
- Coordinate with project engineers and site engineers during construction.
- Review and approve architectural shop drawings and material selections.
- Ensure projects are delivered with high design quality and within timelines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- 2–5 years of experience in residential architectural design.
- Registered with the Council of Architecture (COA) is preferred.
- Strong understanding of residential planning and construction practices.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Lumion/Enscape.
- Knowledge of Revit is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of building bye-laws, construction methods, and materials.
- Ability to prepare working drawings and construction details.
- Excellent presentation and client communication skills.
- Good coordination and project management abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in luxury villas and premium residential projects.
- Knowledge of Vastu principles.
- Ability to prepare BOQs and material specifications.
- Experience coordinating with consultants and site teams.
- Creative design approach with practical execution knowledge.

- Timely delivery of architectural drawings.

Salary & Benefits
