Key Responsibilities
- Reading and Interpreting 2D AutoCAD Plans: Analyze architectural drawings to extract data and measurements essential for cost estimation and project planning
- Process Management: Efficiently manage orders and jobs through our online system, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Manufacturing Software: Accurately processing jobs within the customer's software to enable manufacturing.
- Collaboration & Problem-Solving: Work closely with internal and external teams to identify gaps, resolve issues, and optimize project outcomes.
- Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication in English, both orally and in writing, to ensure seamless collaboration with global teams.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in cost management and quantity surveying, specifically in the construction or interior design industry
- Measurements using Adobe from architectural AutoCAD plans & its estimation for tendering reviews
- Identification of Interior fitouts/ items variation and its rate analysis
- Proficiency in analysing 2D AutoCAD drawings and extracting measurements for estimation purposes
- Familiarity with architectural plans, particularly in relation to interior fit outs and cabinetry design
- Ability to identify inaccuracies and gaps and collaborate to reach an effective solution
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- High attention to detail and the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies in project plans
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in basic computer applications is required.
- Candidates should have working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Gmail, Google Calendar, and other commonly used office and collaboration tools.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems quickly is essential.
Following skills are not essential but will be highly regarded
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe tools for measurement extraction from architectural drawings.
- Experience in interior cabinetry, kitchen design, or related fields.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹320,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
