We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations of our flooring business. The role includes maintaining accurate records, handling GST compliance, managing receivables/payables, and supporting overall financial control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain books of accounts (sales, purchases, expenses, cash/bank entries)
- Handle GST filing, invoicing, and compliance
- Manage accounts receivable and payable (follow-ups on payments, vendor dues)
- Prepare and process invoices, quotations, and purchase orders
- Reconcile bank statements and ledgers regularly
- Track project-wise costing and profitability (important for flooring jobs)
- Coordinate with CA for audits, tax filing, and statutory compliance
- Monitor inventory valuation.
