Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telecaller with at least 6 months of experience in Insurance and Health Sales. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a passion for achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential customers through outbound calls.
- Explain insurance and health-related products and services.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Follow up with interested customers and address their queries.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Insurance Sales, Health Sales, or Telecalling Sales.
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Ability to handle customer objections effectively.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.
- Target-driven and self-motivated attitude.
- Minimum qualification: Graduate/Undergraduate.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
