Job Summary
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving showroom sales, achieving revenue targets, managing customer relationships, leading the sales team, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. The role requires strong leadership, sales planning, and business development skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
* Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue.
* Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales team.
* Monitor daily sales performance and prepare sales reports.
* Build and maintain relationships with customers, architects, interior designers, and corporate clients.
* Ensure high standards of customer service and customer satisfaction.
* Manage lead generation and conversion activities.
* Coordinate with marketing teams for promotional campaigns.
* Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
* Handle major customer negotiations and close high-value deals.
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
* 3–7 years of experience in furniture, retail, home décor, or related sales.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Leadership and team management experience.
* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
