Job Description:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients in the education sector to promote Educrib's products and services.
- Generate new leads and convert them into sales opportunities through persuasive communication.
- Follow up with existing clients to upsell or cross-sell relevant products and services.
- Utilize CRM software to track calls, update client information, and analyse sales performance.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through consistent performance.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve business objectives and share best practices.
Qualifications:
- Graduate degree preferred
- 0-3 years of experience in tele calling/telemarketing, preferably in the education or career industry
- Proficiency in English and Malayalam
Skills Required:
- Strong communication, listening, and persuasion skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM software
- Ability to work in a target driven environment

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
