Experience: 2+ years in HR | 1+ year in Payroll
MBA/PGDM in HR preferred
Strong English communication – Mandatory
Experience; 1-3 Years Work experience
Salary: Rs.20,000.00-25,000.00
Key Responsibilities:
● Manage recruitment and coordinate/conduct interviews across business units
● Handle employee onboarding and HR documentation
● Manage monthly payroll for multiple business units
● Monitor attendance, leave, probation and employee records
● Implement HR policies and ensure HR compliance
● Coordinate HR activities at the Calicut office
● Support GCC business units with HR operations
● Prepare HR reports and maintain HR trackers
● Support employee engagement, performance and grievance management
We’re looking for someone who can take ownership, communicate confidently and manage HR operations independently in a fast-growing organization.
Pay: From ₹315.00 per hour
