- Drive improvement Initiatives Support service management including individual team performance against defined SLA s
- Working Knowledge in Tax softwares such as Onesource Vertex is must
- Oversee and review of Tax manager s work as appropriate Strong in MS Excel
- Support continuous process improvement Meet Ensure all the defined service levels agreed
- Provide single point interface for Client into respective process delivery matters Liaise and handle escalation calls and emails from business stakeholders
- Responsible for delivering the agreed productivity benefits gain share Track and measure customer feedback
- Oversee and review or delegate review of analyst s work as appropriate Escalate issues to the Business Process Managers as needed
- Confirm team members have appropriate training and background Responsible to drive process related automation transformation through bottom up approach
