Architect – Job Responsibilities
- Design and develop architectural plans, layouts, and drawings for residential, commercial, or industrial projects.
- Meet clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget constraints.
- Prepare detailed blueprints using software like AutoCAD, Revit, or other design tools.
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders during project planning and execution.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure work is being carried out as per design.
- Review and approve construction materials and finishes.
- Prepare cost estimates and project timelines.
- Modify designs based on feedback, site conditions, or regulatory requirements.
- Handle documentation, permits, and approvals from local authorities.
- Ensure project completion within budget and timeline.
- Stay updated with latest design trends, technologies, and sustainable practices.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
