Position: Store Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations including receipt, storage, issue, and dispatch of raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods, consumables, and spare parts.
- Maintain accurate stock records in ERP, SAP, or Excel and ensure proper documentation such as GRN, issue slips, challans, and stock registers.
- Conduct regular physical stock checks, cycle counts, and monthly stock reconciliation, and investigate inventory mismatches or shortages.
- Monitor minimum stock, reorder levels, slow-moving stock, and obsolete inventory to avoid shortages and excess holding.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, and Accounts departments for timely material availability and proper stock flow.
- Ensure FIFO or FEFO practices, proper bin location management, labeling, and safe material handling in the store area.
- Supervise store staff, assign daily work, and maintain discipline, cleanliness, and safety within the warehouse or store premises.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and dispatch reports for management review.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline; diploma or certification in material management or store management will be an advantage.
- Experience in manufacturing industry stores, warehouse, inventory, or dispatch operations is preferred.
- Working knowledge of ERP, SAP, or advanced Excel for stock tracking and reporting is preferred.
- Good communication, coordination, and team handling skills are important for this role.
