Job Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Audit & Tax Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with senior professionals and partners, gaining exposure to a diverse portfolio of clients. This is a client facing role. The ideal candidate is someone who possesses strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and a strong desire to grow in the field of compliances and accounting.
Key Responsibilities
Auditing & Assurance:
- Conduct Vouching and Verification of financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Assist in planning and executing Statutory Audits (Stat Audit) and Tax Audits for various clients.
- Prepare detailed working papers, audit files, and draft comprehensive Audit Reports.
Financial Reporting:
- Assist in the accurate preparation of Financial Statements (Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss accounts, and Notes to Accounts) in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
Taxation & Compliances:
- Handle end-to-end Income Tax preparation and filing for individuals, firms, and corporates.
- Manage TDS preparation and filing, including computing liability, preparing returns, and reconciling data.
- Stay updated with the latest amendments in direct and indirect tax laws to ensure seamless client compliance.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: B.Com, M.Com, CA Inter, or semi-qualified professionals.
- Experience: 0–2 years of experience in a CA firm (Articleship experience is highly valued).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel is a must. Basic knowledge of accounting softwares (like Tally and Busy) and Income Tax and TDS portals is preferred.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and good communication skills.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
