Role Overview
LaunchBridge Global Academy is looking for a confident and target-driven Education Sales Executive based in or around Ernakulam, Kerala.
This is a short-term contract/freelance role for 1 month, with the possibility of extension based on performance. The role will involve a combination of local outreach and digital follow-up.
The selected candidate will help create awareness for LaunchBridge Global Academy by connecting with colleges, training centres, student communities and relevant local networks in and around Ernakulam. The candidate will also follow up with interested learners through WhatsApp, phone calls and social media, explain programme details using provided materials, and help book consultation or demo calls for serious enquiries.
This role is suitable for someone who is confident meeting people, building local connections and speaking professionally with students, graduates, job seekers and education contacts.
Responsibilities
- Carry out local outreach activities to promote LaunchBridge Global Academy programmes.
- Visit colleges, training centres, student communities and relevant local networks to create brand awareness.
- Speak with students, graduates and job seekers about Academy programmes using provided materials.
- Generate new learner enquiries through local outreach, referrals, WhatsApp, phone calls, Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Follow up with interested candidates and book consultation or demo calls.
- Maintain daily lead records in Google Sheets or CRM.
- Share regular progress updates with the LaunchBridge team.
- Support local awareness activities and student interactions where required.
Requirements
- Good Malayalam and English communication skills.
- Confidence in meeting people and doing local outreach.
- Comfortable with phone calls, WhatsApp follow-up and social media outreach.
- Interest in education, training, career development or online learning.
- Basic Google Sheets or Excel knowledge.
- Previous experience in edtech, admissions counselling, field sales, telecalling, training centre sales or business development is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and confidence can also apply.
- Must be based in or near Ernakulam, Kerala.

1 month, extendable based on performance.
Pay
₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month, depending on experience.
Performance-based commission will also be available for confirmed enrolments.
