Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business development activities across thermal energy, renewable energy, electric mobility, battery technologies, and sustainability sectors.
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities with clients, technology providers, OEMs, EPC companies, and strategic partners.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with domestic and international stakeholders, investors, suppliers, and business associates.
- Support overseas sourcing initiatives, particularly from China and other international markets, for engineering equipment and clean technology solutions.
- Prepare Preliminary business proposals, with presentations, study techno-commercial offers, and participate in contract negotiations.
- Coordinate and liaise with technical, commercial, and management teams for project execution and client servicing.
- Basic knowledge cum Support for digital marketing and branding, LinkedIn outreach, and social media initiatives for business development with expansion and lead generation.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical preferred).
- MBA or Postgraduate qualification in Business Management will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 5 years plus of experience in Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, International Business, or Business Management.
- Prior experience in Thermal Power, Renewable Energy, EV, Battery Technology, Engineering Equipment, or Clean Technology sectors will be preferred.
- International exposure and experience in overseas sourcing/business coordination will be an added advantage.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English is an essential requirement.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and business networking platforms is preferred.
- Strong leadership, relationship management skills for negotiation, and overall management capabilities are essential.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Compensation starting from ₹50,000 plus per month onwards, based on experience, expertise, and performance.
