Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources
- Manage employee attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination.
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
- Maintain employee files and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Prepare HR letters, appointment letters, warning letters, and other official documents.
- Support employee engagement and grievance handling.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.
Operations
- Coordinate daily operational activities across departments.
- Monitor staff performance and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Prepare operational reports and maintain records.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Implement and improve operational processes for efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Accounts & Finance
- Maintain accounting records and financial documentation.
- Process invoices, payments, reimbursements, and expense reports.
- Assist in payroll processing and salary reconciliation.
- Prepare bank reconciliations and financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with Chartered Accountants during audits and tax filings.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial and employee information.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Knowledge of HR practices, operations management, and accounting principles.
- Experience working with payroll and statutory compliance is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of accounting software such as Tally or ERP systems is an advantage.

- Experience in payroll processing, employee documentation, compliance, and financial reporting will be preferred.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
