Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing day-to-day restaurant operations and shift activities.
- Supervise restaurant staff and ensure smooth workflow during operating hours.
- Support recruitment, training, coaching, and performance management of team members.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and resolve guest concerns promptly.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Assist in inventory management, stock control, and ordering processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and statutory regulations.
- Support cash handling, billing procedures, and daily sales reconciliation.
- Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate records.
- Assist in scheduling staff shifts and manpower planning.
- Monitor restaurant cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and brand standards.
- Help drive sales initiatives and achieve operational targets.
- Act as the Restaurant Manager in their absence.
Requirements:
- Graduate or Diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related field preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in QSR, restaurant, or hospitality operations.
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
