About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Real Estate Marketing & Fundraising
Specialist to lead investor acquisition, project marketing, strategic partnerships, and capitalraising
initiatives for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have strong industry
connections, expertise in high-value real estate marketing, and experience in sourcing
investments through legally compliant private fundraising channels.
Roles and Responsibility:
Identify and approach High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs), Ultra HNIs, family
offices, corporate investors, institutional investors, and strategic partners.
- Build and maintain a strong investor network.
- Present investment opportunities, business plans, financial projections, and project
presentations.
- Coordinate investor meetings, negotiations, and follow-ups.
- Assist in structuring investment proposals and transaction documentation.
- Work closely with legal and finance teams during investment closure.
- Identify new funding opportunities and strategic collaborations.
- Expand the company's investor and business partner ecosystem.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
