Hiring: SEO Manager (North American Local Markets)
We aren’t looking for a copy-book executor or someone who just manages a dashboard. We need an SEO Strategist who understands that ranking a service business in North America is an art form driven by geography, competition, and local nuance.
In this role, you will lead a dedicated team, but you will own every project. We don't want a manager who just delegates; we want a practitioner who can spot a bottleneck before it happens and guide their team to the finish line.
The Profile We’re Looking For:
- 4+ Years of In-the-Trenches Experience: You have a proven track record of ranking service-based businesses (HVAC, Legal, Healthcare, etc.) specifically in the USA or Canada.
- Strategic Intuition: You rely on your brain first and tools second. You should be able to look at a niche and a zip code and gut-feel the ranking timeline with high accuracy.
- Team Leadership + Accountability: You will mentor and lead a team, but the strategy and the final results sit squarely on your shoulders. You are the Architect and the Foreman rolled into one.
- Google-Fluent: You stay ahead of the curve. You understand how AI and recent algorithm shifts are changing Local SEO, and you adapt your playbook accordingly.
