The role focuses on promoting ERP and mobile app solutions across industries like schools, finance institutions, automotive businesses, restaurants, and small offices.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Outreach
- Generate leads through cold calls, LinkedIn, Instagram, email campaigns, and social media outreach
- Identify potential clients across multiple industries
- Initiate conversations and qualify prospects
Digital & Social Selling
- Actively engage prospects via LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
- Share product information, demos, and company offerings
- Run targeted messaging campaigns
Lead Qualification
- Understand client requirements and qualify leads
- Schedule product demos/meetings for the sales team
- Maintain lead status and follow-ups
CRM & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records in CRM/Excel
- Track daily outreach, responses, and conversions
- Submit daily/weekly performance reports
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Daily Calls: 50–70 outbound calls
- Daily Messages: 80–120 social media outreaches (LinkedIn/Instagram)
- Qualified Leads: 25–40 per month
- Demo Bookings: 12–20 per month
- Conversion to Opportunity: 20–30% from qualified leads
- Response Rate: Minimum 15–20% on digital outreach
- Follow-ups: 100% follow-up on active leads
Skills Required
- Strong communication & persuasion skills
- Lead generation & cold calling expertise

- Basic CRM/Excel knowledge

Ideal Candidate
- 0–2 years experience in inside sales/lead generation
