- Develop and lead brand strategies for clients across digital, creative, and marketing platforms
- Create long-term growth strategies for both clients and the agency
- Understand market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes to build impactful campaigns
- Guide teams in creating innovative, insight-driven branding and communication strategies
Business Development
- Bring in new business opportunities and build strong industry connections
- Identify potential clients, partnerships, and revenue growth opportunities
- Participate in pitches, presentations, and strategic business meetings
- Drive agency growth through strategic networking and relationship management
Client Communication & Relationship Management
- Act as the primary strategic point of contact for key clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with excellent communication and leadership skills
- Understand client requirements deeply and convert them into successful marketing strategies
- Ensure high client satisfaction and retention
Team Leadership & Management
- Lead and mentor Brand Managers, Creative Teams, Strategists, and Account Managers
- Foster a collaborative, performance-driven, and creative work environment
- Ensure smooth coordination between departments for campaign execution
- Inspire teams with strong leadership, strategic thinking, and industry expertise
Agency Growth & Operations
- Contribute to overall agency vision, positioning, and operational strategy
- Improve internal branding processes and workflow efficiency
- Maintain high standards of creativity, execution, and brand communication across all projects
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in advertising, branding, or digital marketing agencies
- Proven expertise in brand strategy, business development, and client servicing
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Deep understanding of brand positioning, storytelling, and integrated marketing
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple brands and large-scale campaigns
- Strong network and experience in acquiring and managing clients
- Strategic thinker with creative problem-solving abilities
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Agency background is mandatory
- Experience handling premium or large-scale brands is preferred
- Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and consumer behavior
- Ability to lead from the front and build long-term client trust
Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
