Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee factory operations, production planning, quality control, workforce management, and process optimization in our stone manufacturing facility. The role requires hands-on leadership to ensure efficient production, timely deliveries, and adherence to quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and monitor daily production activities.
- Manage stone processing operations including cutting, polishing, calibration, finishing, and packaging.
- Optimize machine utilization and reduce downtime.
- Supervise production staff, operators, and supervisors.
- Implement quality control procedures and ensure product specifications are met.
- Coordinate with quarry, maintenance, logistics, and export teams.
- Monitor production KPIs, output, wastage, and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety and environmental regulations.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree .
- Experience in stone.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, factory operations, and quality management.
- Experience handling stone-processing machinery and maintenance coordination.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Production reporting systems.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of sandstone, or limestone processing.
- Lean manufacturing and process improvement experience.
- Inventory and raw material management.
