Key ResponsibilitiesSales Management
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.

- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular sales reports.
- Negotiate contracts and close business deals effectively.

Marketing Management
- Plan and implement marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Develop brand-building strategies to enhance market presence.

- Coordinate marketing events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
- Create and oversee marketing materials, advertisements, and content strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize marketing efforts based on results.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends.
Business Development
- Identify potential partnerships and strategic alliances.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Develop customer retention and relationship management strategies.

Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare monthly sales and marketing performance reports.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend improvements.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
