Job Overview:
We are looking for aggressive, target-driven, and sweet-spoken Tele Sales Executives to join our growing team. In this role, you will NOT have to do cold calling. Our digital marketing team runs high-performing ads, and you will get daily hot inbound inquiries/leads from interested B2B buyers (boutique owners, wholesalers, and retail shop owners), including some international clients. Your main role will be to pitch our collection, convert these leads, and close bulk orders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Conversion: Effectively handle inbound B2B inquiries/leads generated through our digital marketing ads.
- Product Pitching: Understand the client’s requirements and showcase our premium Kurti and Three-Piece sets collections via WhatsApp, calls, or video calls.
- Relationship Building: Maintain a good rapport with clothing retailers, wholesalers, and international clients to ensure repeat business.
- Order Closure: Follow up diligently with leads, handle objections, negotiate terms, and close bulk orders.
- International Client Handling: Professionally communicate with international buyers (good English communication is required for this).
Requirements & Skills:
- Experience: Prior experience in Tele Sales, Inside Sales, or B2B Sales (Experience in the Fashion/Textile industry is a huge plus).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi. Good command over English is required for handling international clients.
- Skills: Strong convincing power, negotiation skills, and a result-oriented mindset.
- Tools: Must be comfortable using WhatsApp Business and calling tools.
