Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Europe Visa Filing Executive to manage end-to-end visa processing for Schengen and other European countries. The candidate should have hands-on experience in documentation, application preparation, file submission, and client coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle complete Europe/Schengen visa filing process from documentation to submission.
- Verify and review client documents as per embassy and VFS requirements.
- Prepare visa application forms accurately and ensure timely submission.
- Guide clients regarding visa requirements, supporting documents, and processing timelines.
- Draft cover letters, SOPs, and supporting documentation where required.
- Coordinate with clients for pending documents and application updates.
- Track application status and maintain accurate records of all visa files.
- Stay updated with the latest visa rules, embassy guidelines, and immigration policies for European countries.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Europe/Schengen visa documentation and filing procedures.
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously.
- Knowledge of VFS processes and embassy requirements will be an added advantage.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Europe visa filing.
- Experience in handling Tourist, Visitor, Business, or Study Visa applications for European countries preferred.
