Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage our online marketplace operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in seller account management, product listing, catalog management, and online sales across leading e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Register and manage seller accounts on major online marketplaces.
- Create, upload, and maintain product listings, including images, descriptions, specifications, pricing, and inventory.
- Manage product approvals and coordinate with marketplace support teams. Process and monitor online orders, returns, and customer inquiries.
- Track sales performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and seller guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams for inventory management, dispatch, pricing, and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor product availability and optimize listings for better visibility and sales.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, JioMart, Myntra, and other e-commerce marketplaces.
- Knowledge of seller registration, onboarding, and marketplace account management.
- Experience in product listing, catalog management, and inventory updates.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic reporting.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple marketplace accounts efficiently.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 2–3 years in e-commerce, online marketplace management, or digital retail.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of SEO best practices for product listings.
- Experience with advertising tools such as Amazon Ads and Flipkart Ads.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and order management software.

- Candidates from outside Siliguri are welcome to apply, provided they are willing to relocate to Siliguri.
