Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of custom software solutions that are designed to meet specific business needs. Your typical day will involve coding, enhancing components, and collaborating with various teams to ensure the delivery of scalable and high-performing solutions using modern frameworks and agile practices. You will be responsible for understanding the requirements and translating them into effective software designs, ensuring that the solutions are both efficient and aligned with the overall business objectives.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Mentor junior team members to foster their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microservices and Light Weight Architecture.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development
- Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience in implementing CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments
- Expert in Java 17+ with strong hands-on Spring Boot microservices development.
- Highly skilled in performance diagnostics using profilers. Strong in thread dump, heap dump, GC tuning, and JVM internals analysis.
- Experience in SQL and NoSQL Databases
- Deep experience with distributed systems, latency optimisation, and resilience pattern
- Experience in deploying in cloud preferably AWS

- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microservices and Light Weight Architecture.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
