Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Support Engineer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure and end-user support. The candidate will be responsible for providing on-site and remote IT support across both internal environments and client locations, ensuring smooth operation of systems, applications, and virtualized environments.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Provide L1/L2 IT support for Network, Windows Server and Windows client environments
- 2–3 years of experience in IT support / system administration
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (LAN, WAN, VPN, TCP/IP)
- Support VDI and virtualization platforms (VMware / Hyper-V / similar)
- Manage and troubleshoot desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral issues.
- Provide application support for business and client applications
- Handle on-site client visits for issue resolution, system setup, and maintenance
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for escalated issues
- Maintain documentation, incident logs, and asset records
- Ensure adherence to IT policies, SLAs, and best practices
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, CCNA, etc are a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
