Position Summary
Nisarg Agripreneurship Foundation is a leading non-profit organisation committed to advancing sustainable development in education, rural livelihood, and environmental conservation. Through our three flagship programs—Abhishala, SYLIFE, and Pragati through Prakriti—we are transforming communities, empowering individuals, and driving large-scale impact.
We are seeking a dynamic, forward-thinking CSR Manager with a strong background in education and a deep understanding of AI and emerging technologies in learning. The ideal candidate will combine expertise in EdTech integration with a track record of building high-value relationships with executive stakeholders, corporate CSR leaders, and foundations.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Executive Networking: Engage, cultivate, and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives, Corporate CSR Directors, HNIs, and foundation leaders to secure long-term funding and strategic sponsorships.
Corporate CSR Alignment: Position Nisarg’s tech-driven educational initiatives as high-impact solutions that align seamlessly with modern corporate CSR priorities and ESG goals.
Tech-Driven Proposals: Design, draft, and present high-impact proposals, grant applications, and pitch decks that highlight the integration of AI, digital tools, and emerging tech in education delivery and learning outcomes.
Education Solutions: Partner with internal teams to design scalable, technology-enhanced education initiatives that address educational gaps in underserved communities.
Fundraising Strategy: Lead and execute targeted fundraising strategies to generate resources for flagship education programme.
Donor Stewardship: Ensure world-class donor reporting, impact measurement, and ongoing engagement to retain partners and encourage multi-year commitments.
Team Management: Lead, mentor, and build the capacity of the team, establishing clear KPIs and driving collaborative performance.
Travel Requirement: Willingness to travel extensively to engage with high-value corporate partners, PSUs, and field implementation sites.
Qualifications and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Development Studies, Communications, Social Work, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Experience: 3–5 years of experience in CSR, fundraising, sales, or business development, with a proven track record in the education and livelihood sectors.
Domain Knowledge: Proven track record in the education sector with explicit familiarity with AI tools, digital learning platforms, and tech-driven educational models.
Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated success in pitching to, negotiating with, and closing multi-figure CSR deals with high-level corporate executives and HNIs.
Leadership: Prior experience managing, mentoring, and leading a high-performing team.
Communication: Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills—capable of translating technical/AI education concepts into compelling, outcome-based CSR pitches.
