We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Marketing Intern to join our digital team. You'll assist in planning, creating, and executing social media strategies across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
This internship is ideal for someone passionate about content creation, digital trends, analytics, and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing monthly social media calendars.
- Create engaging content including graphics, captions, and short videos.
- Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and queries across platforms.
- Research current social media trends, hashtags, and best practices.
- Track performance metrics (likes, reach, engagement, followers, etc.).
- Collaborate with the design team for visuals and creatives.
- Assist in running paid promotions and analyzing results.
- Report weekly growth, campaign results, and competitor activity.
Required Skills:
- Good written communication and creative thinking.
- Basic knowledge of platforms: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter.
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite.
- Understanding of hashtags, algorithms, and social trends.
- Willingness to learn analytics, A/B testing, and campaign optimization.
Nice to Have:
- Basic graphic design or video editing skills.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics or Meta Insights.
- Prior experience with a personal blog/page or brand.
- Understanding of influencer marketing and community management.
