Position: Mother Teacher

Job Responsibilities:
- Create a safe, caring, and stimulating learning environment for students.
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities as per the curriculum.
- Foster the social, emotional, physical, and intellectual development of children.
- Monitor and assess students' progress and maintain accurate records.
- Encourage positive behavior and develop good habits among students.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding students' academic and developmental progress.
- Organize classroom activities, projects, celebrations, and educational events.
- Maintain classroom discipline, cleanliness, and a child-friendly atmosphere.
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in school activities, meetings, and training programs.
- Use innovative teaching methods and educational tools to enhance learning outcomes.
Qualification:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline with D.Ed., B.Ed., ECCEd, Montessori, or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Relevant experience in pre-primary or primary education will be preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience preferred.
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for teaching and child development.
- Strong classroom management abilities.
- Creativity, patience, and nurturing attitude.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and educational technology.
Preference:
- Candidates residing near Loni Kalbhor will be preferred.
