ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Closing Manager to manage end-to-end property sales closures, ensure smooth client coordination, complete documentation, and achieve business targets while delivering an excellent customer experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESREQUIRED SKILLS
· Handle end-to-end sales closing and client coordination.
· Negotiate pricing and finalize property deals.
· Coordinate site visits and client follow-ups.
· Prepare agreements and ensure complete documentation.
· Ensure legal and financial compliance during closures.
· Build strong client and channel partner relationships.
· Coordinate with internal teams for timely execution.
· Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
· Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
REQUIRED SKILLS
· Strong negotiation and communication skills.
· Knowledge of real estate documentation and closing process.
· Client relationship management.
· CRM and MS Office proficiency.
· Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
