Job Title: Technical Support Executive – Payroll Outsourcing

Job Responsibilities
- Provide technical and functional support for payroll outsourcing operations.
- Resolve payroll-related queries and troubleshoot software issues.
- Coordinate with clients to ensure timely resolution of payroll processing concerns.
- Support payroll implementation, system configuration, and issue tracking.
- Maintain documentation, prepare reports, and ensure SLA compliance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless client support.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in technical support, payroll outsourcing, or HRMS/Payroll software support.
- Good knowledge of payroll processes, PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Strong communication, troubleshooting, and client-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of SQL, MS Excel, and CRM/Ticketing tools is an added advantage.
