We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Patient Care Assistant (PCA) to join our De-Addiction Psychiatry Unit in Mindful Rejuvenation Hospital PERUMBAVOOR
Job Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, feeding, mobility)
- Monitor patient behavior and report changes to nursing staff
- Support patients during withdrawal and emotional distress
- Assist doctors and nurses in routine care and procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the ward
- Ensure patient safety and follow hospital protocols
- Encourage patient participation in therapy sessions and activities
- Handle emergency situations under supervision
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Relevant certification/ANM/GDA
- Experience in hospital/psychiatric/de-addiction field preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and ability to manage challenging situations
- Willingness to work in shifts
Candidates from Perumbavoor, Aluva, Kothamangalam, Angamaly, Muvattupuzha, and nearby areas will be given preference.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
