Roles & Responsibilities:
- Facilitate detailed design from requirements and support to construction and deployment.
- Lead technical efforts for Pre-Sales engagements and contribute towards building niche solutions/POC's.
- Advocate standard methodologies to develop scalable solutions in alignment with Product roadmap through supported and upgradable customizations / implementations.
- Contribute across all phases of CRM projects (e. g. Plan, Analyse, Design, Build and Test).
- Understanding of common Industry standard business practices supported by Dynamics 365 CE.
- Experience of working on full life cycle implementations across multiple versions of Dynamics CRM/365.
- Experience in Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform (PowerApps Portal, Canvas and Model Driven Apps, Power Automate) and Dataverse.
- Experience in Configuration and Customization of Dynamics 365 CE (Plugins, Customer Workflows, JavaScript) and Web API.
- Experienced in reporting architecture, with SSRS and knowledge of Power BI.
- Experience in a Software as a Service (SaaS) environment, SQL Server, HTML, C#, NET, AngularJS.
- Integration experience of Dynamics 365 CE with other applications. Experience in Data migration– data analysis, data mappings, data harmonization using OOB and custom applications.
- Technical expertise in setting up of DevOps pipelines for CRM systems on cloud platforms with standard DevOps tools. DevOps with Dynamics 365 CE.
Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
