About the Role Kalyan Motors is seeking a proactive Telecaller to manage customer communication, service bookings, and inquiry follow-ups for our Maruti Suzuki service centre in Gomti Nagar, Lucknow.
You will serve as the primary point of contact over the phone to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat service visits. Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to Maruti Suzuki owners for periodic service reminders, insurance renewals, and promotional offers. Receive inbound inquiries regarding vehicle servicing, repair cost estimates, and appointment bookings.
Log call details, customer feedback, and appointment schedules in the CRM database accurately. Follow up with prospective clients to convert inquiries into confirmed workshop appointments.
Coordinate with service advisors to ensure smooth customer handling upon arrival.
Qualifications & Skills Minimum 12th Pass or Any Graduate. Fluency in Hindi; basic understanding of English is required. Clear speaking voice with good telephone etiquette and active listening skills.
Basic proficiency in computer usage and data entry (MS Excel / CRM tools).
Prior telecaller experience in automotive sales or service is preferred but not mandatory.
