Position: Bench Sales Recruiter
Experience: 5+ Years Location: Cyber Towers, Madhapur – Hyderabad (Day 1 On-Site)
Work Timings: Night Shift | 8:00 PM IST – 5:00 AM IST
Key Responsibilities:
- Market and manage bench consultants effectively
- Maintain and update an active bench list
- Strong expertise in placing CPT, OPT EAD, H1B & H1B Transfer consultants
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Tier-1 vendors
- Generate and track a high volume of requirements
- Identify and capture new market opportunities
- Develop new business with Tier-1 vendors
- Maintain and regularly update vendor databases
- Create vendor databases client-wise and region-wise
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
