Key Responsibilities
- Regularly interacting with clients to understand their business objectives through client briefs
- Understanding the brief and converting it to actionable creative briefs for the internal creative team, resulting in the development of communication assets and strategies
- Being the single point of contact between the internal creative team and the client
- Overseeing the development of creative assets and managing job trackers, records and files
- Monitoring the workflow and ensuring quality standards are met or exceeded
- Updating the internal stakeholders on client meetings through written MOMs and discussions
- Driving new business and regular follow-ups on leads
- Preparation of costing estimates, invoicing as well as following up on payments
Desired Skills and Experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Knowledge of MS Office - Excel, Powerpoint and Word
- Basic knowledge of marketing and advertising concepts
- Strong team player
- A people-person, capable of building strong professional relationships
- A genuine passion for advertising and branding, and to learn and develop as an individual, as well as a company asset
- 5+ years of professional experience
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline
- Master's degree preferred but not a prerequisite
