This role includes implementing software solutions, automating processes, and managing IT systems that support operational activities. Major sub deals include AHO(Application Hosting Operations), ISMT (Infrastructure Management), Intelligent Automation Required Skills & Experience 7+ years of experience in visual design, brand design, communication design, content design, video editing, or related fields. Strong portfolio/showreel showing branding, visual systems, campaigns, presentations, content-led design work, and video projects. Excellent understanding of typography, layout, color, composition, hierarchy, visual storytelling, pacing, and motion principles. Experience creating brand guidelines, communication frameworks, reusable design templates, video templates, and motion assets. Ability to convert complex ideas into simple, powerful visual and video narratives. Strong writing, editing, scriptwriting, and content structuring skills. Hands-on experience in video editing, basic animation, motion graphics, and short-form content creation.
What are we looking for? We are hiring a Senior Designer (Video design .. video and motion graphics expertise)to lead visual design, branding, communication design, content strategy, and video-led storytelling initiatives. This role will be responsible for creating compelling brand experiences, executive presentations, campaigns, digital assets, videos, motion graphics, and content-led communication systems. The ideal candidate brings strong design craft, storytelling ability, brand thinking, video editing expertise, and the maturity to work directly with stakeholders across business, marketing, product, HR, sales, and leadership teams. Tools & Platforms Figma Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects PowerPoint / Keynote / Google Slides Canva or similar tools CapCut / DaVinci Resolve / Final Cut Pro is a plus Basic understanding of AI-assisted design, video, and content tools is a plus •Nice to Have Experience in UX/UI design or design systems. Experience in employer branding, corporate communication, product marketing, or social media campaigns. Ability to create illustrations, icon systems, infographics, motion graphics, and video templates. Familiarity with AI tools for design, content generation, video editing, image generation, and productivity. Experience working in agency, consulting, technology, media, or product-led environments. Roles and Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities Visual Design & Brand Expression Create high-quality visual designs for digital, print, social, presentations, campaigns, product communication, and video assets. Develop and maintain brand identity systems, visual guidelines, templates, and design standards. Ensure consistency of brand expression across all customer-facing and internal communication. Translate abstract ideas into clear visual concepts, layouts, illustrations, motion frames, and storytelling formats. Communication Design Design impactful communication assets such as pitch decks, proposals, reports, infographics, event collaterals, campaign visuals, leadership presentations, and video-led communication pieces. Simplify complex information into visually engaging and easy-to-understand formats. Collaborate with business, marketing, product, and leadership teams to shape communication narratives. Create executive-level visual storytelling for strategy, transformation, product, brand, and internal communication initiatives. Content Strategy Support content planning across brand, marketing, video, and internal communication channels. Structure content for clarity, flow, hierarchy, audience relevance, and platform suitability. Write and refine messaging, headlines, microcopy, campaign copy, video scripts, presentation content, and brand narratives. Ensure content, design, and video work together to deliver a strong, coherent message. Video & Motion Design Conceptualize, storyboard, and create video content for campaigns, social media, product explainers, employer branding, events, and internal communication. Edit videos with strong attention to pacing, transitions, visual rhythm, typography, music, and brand consistency. Create motion graphics, animated text, lower thirds, intro/outro frames, reels, short-form videos, and presentation-ready video assets. Convert complex ideas into simple, engaging video narratives. •Collaborate with stakeholders to develop scripts, storyboards, shot lists, and visual treatments. Work with existing footage, stock assets, screen recordings, voiceovers, and music to produce polished video outputs. Ensure videos are optimized for different platforms, formats, aspect ratios, and audience needs. Design Leadership Guide junior designers and provide feedback to improve craft, storytelling, content structure, and video quality. Own design quality across assigned projects from concept to final delivery. Present design and video concepts confidently to stakeholders. Manage multiple projects while maintaining speed, accuracy, and creative excellence.
