Job Summary
Leom International is looking for dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurses to join our healthcare team in Greater Noida. The selected candidates will be responsible for providing quality patient care, assisting doctors, administering medications, and maintaining proper nursing documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients as per hospital protocols.
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs and overall health condition.
- Administer medicines, injections, and treatments as prescribed by doctors.
- Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergencies.
- Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
- Ensure proper hygiene, safety, and infection-control practices.
- Monitor patients and promptly report any changes in their condition.
- Educate patients and their attendants regarding treatment, medication, and general care.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of nursing equipment.
- Follow hospital policies, nursing standards, and safety procedures.
- Coordinate effectively with doctors, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Qualification: GNM / B.Sc. Nursing / ANM as applicable to the role.
- Relevant nursing registration/certification as required.
- Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, responsible, and patient-focused approach.
- Ability to work in shifts, including night shifts when required.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.
