Position: Sales Representative – Brand Promoter
Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Representative to promote our brand, engage with customers, and drive product sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote the brand and demonstrate product features to customers.
- Assist customers in selecting products based on their needs.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure brand visibility.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and competitor activities.
- Prepare daily sales and customer feedback reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum Higher Secondary/Degree qualification.
- Previous experience in retail sales or brand promotion is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to work flexible hours.
Preferred Skills:
- Sales and negotiation skills.
- Customer service orientation.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
