We are looking for a highly motivated Telecaller Executive who can generate business opportunities through outbound calling, email outreach, and WhatsApp communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers daily.
- Introduce AI Chroney's products and services to prospects.
- Schedule product demos for the sales team.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in CRM.
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
- Understand customer requirements and identify business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead handover and follow-ups.
- Ensure timely responses to customer queries.
Daily Expectations
- 80–100 outbound calls per day
- 50+ WhatsApp outreach messages per day
- 30+ email outreaches per day
- CRM updates for all interactions
- Demo scheduling and follow-up support
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
- Strong phone etiquette and customer handling skills
- Comfortable using CRM tools, WhatsApp, Email, and LinkedIn
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Basic understanding of SaaS, Technology, or Digital Products is preferred
- Strong follow-up and persuasion skills
Preferred Experience
- 0–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Inside Sales, Lead Generation, Telesales, Customer Support, or Business Development
- Experience in SaaS, EdTech, FinTech, Digital Marketing, or Technology companies will be an added advantage
