Responsibilities:

Assist the Sales team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Research and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies to attract potential clients.

Help in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and reports.

Conduct outreach to potential clients through emails, calls, and social media.

Track leads, opportunities, and client feedback to ensure successful follow-ups.

Support in managing CRM software and updating client information.

Help optimize the sales funnel to ensure higher conversion rates.

Assist in organizing business development and marketing events or campaigns.
Requirements:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Self-motivated and proactive in taking on tasks and responsibilities.

Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.

Previous internship or experience in business development or marketing is a plus but not required.
