Role Summary
Drive student experience excellence across our managed hostel facilities by leading programs, optimizing operations, and ensuring high-quality service delivery through data-driven decisions and continuous improvement. This role requires frequent travel across locations.
Key Responsibilities & KPIs
● Program Management & Execution
○ Lead end-to-end initiatives; ensure timely delivery and execution across campuses
● Operational Excellence
○ Identify gaps, implement SOPs, and drive process standardization and efficiency
● Student Experience (CSAT)
○ Maintain high satisfaction (CSAT ≥ 4) through consistent service quality and improvements
● Data & Performance Tracking
○ Monitor KPIs, analyze trends, and drive data-backed decision-making
● Quality Assurance
○ Ensure adherence to standards across all operational and experience touchpoints
● Stakeholder & Team Management
○ Collaborate with cross-functional teams; train and mentor on-ground teams
● Escalation Handling
○ Act as POC for critical issues and ensure timely resolution
● Travel & On-Ground Audits
○ Travel across locations to audit operations and enhance student experience
Eligibility & Skills
● Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business / Operations or related field
● 4+ years in operations/program management (student housing/hospitality preferred)
● Strong project management and execution skills
● Proficiency in Excel and data analysis
● Excellent communication & stakeholder management
● Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma is a plus
Willingness to travel frequently
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
