About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Non-IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team in Saravanampatti, Coimbatore. The role involves handling high-volume recruitment for blue-collar and non-IT positions across manufacturing, engineering, operations, and other industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for high-volume non-IT requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, databases, social media, references, and other channels.
- Handle recruitment for ITI, Diploma, Engineering, and other non-IT profiles.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews.
- Maintain regular follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly recruitment targets.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to understand hiring requirements.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment MIS.
- Ensure timely joining and successful closure of positions.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for recurring volume requirements.
Candidate Profile
- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in non-IT / volume / blue-collar hiring.
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, production, operator, technician, or other shop-floor hiring will be an advantage.
- Good sourcing and candidate screening skills.
- Strong communication and follow-up abilities.
- Comfortable working with recruitment targets and deadlines.
- Ability to handle multiple positions and candidates simultaneously.
- Should be comfortable working from office in Saravanampatti, Coimbatore.
