Job Title: Admissions & Sales Executive
Rytfind (Executive Search) is hiring for exciting career opportunity at one of their Client in EDTech domain , a fast-growing startup focused on delivering industry-relevant software training and career development programs.
We are currently looking for a motivated and results-driven professional to join our team as an Admissions & Sales Executive.
Role Summary
The Admissions & Sales Executive will play a key role in driving student enrollments by managing inquiries, counseling prospective students, and converting leads into successful admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and respond to incoming inquiries via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and social media platforms.
- Provide detailed counseling to students regarding courses, career opportunities, and industry scope.
- Generate new leads through cold calling, referrals, and digital platforms to increase admissions pipeline.
- Convert leads into admissions through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in CRM/Excel.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.
- Support marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and enrolled students.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Basic understanding of IT/software training courses (training will be provided).
- Familiarity with digital communication platforms (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp).
Qualifications
- Graduate/ Post-Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing/Sales is an added advantage).
- 2–3 years of relevant experience
