Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Academic Counselor with experience in the Digital Marketing education/training industry. The candidate should have a strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and experience counseling students regarding career opportunities, courses, and skill development programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel prospective students about Digital Marketing courses and career opportunities.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable training programs.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, inquiries, and follow-ups.
- Convert leads into enrollments and achieve admission targets.
- Explain course curriculum, certifications, fees, and placement opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and student interactions in CRM.
- Coordinate with trainers and academic teams for smooth onboarding.
- Conduct career counseling sessions and webinars when required.
- Build and maintain relationships with students throughout their learning journey.
Required Skills:
- Prior experience working with a Digital Marketing Institute or EdTech company.
- Good understanding of Digital Marketing concepts such as SEO, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Content Marketing, and Analytics.
- Excellent communication and counseling skills.
- Strong sales and lead conversion abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
- Ability to handle multiple student inquiries and follow-ups.
Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience as an Academic Counselor, Admission Counselor, or Career Counselor.
- Experience in Digital Marketing training institutes will be preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
