Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
- Post job openings on various platforms and maintain candidate databases
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements
- Conduct initial HR screenings and follow up with candidates
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR domain
