Sales Executive – Industrial Machinery Sales -2 Positions
Position Summary
Fillpack Technology Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic Sales Executives – Industrial Machinery Sales with experience in technical B2B sales, capital equipment sales, or project-based industrial sales.( 2 Positions)
The role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing strong customer relationships, understanding customer manufacturing requirements, and driving machinery sales from lead generation to order closure.
The ideal candidate should be confident interacting with business owners, plant heads, production managers, project teams, engineering departments, purchase teams, and consultants. The position requires regular travel for customer visits, factory inspections, exhibitions, technical discussions, and project meetings across India.
Experience in Food Processing Machinery, Dairy Processing Equipment, Beverage Processing Systems, Packaging Machinery, Filling Machines, Pasteurizers, CIP Systems, Mixing & Blending Equipment, Process Equipment, or Industrial Automation will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new customers across the Food Processing, Dairy, Beverage, Pharmaceutical, Cosmetic, and Packaging industries.
- Visit existing and prospective customers to understand their production processes, expansion plans, automation requirements, and technical needs.
- Build long-term relationships with Owners, Directors, Plant Heads, Production Managers, Engineering Teams, Purchase Departments, Consultants, and Project Managers.
- Generate new business opportunities for Fillpack Technology's machinery and turnkey processing solutions.
- Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, machine demonstrations, and solution-based sales meetings.
- Coordinate with the Design, Engineering, Production, and Projects teams to develop suitable technical solutions.
- Prepare techno-commercial quotations, proposals, cost estimates, and tender submissions.
- Follow up on quotations, negotiate commercial terms, address technical queries, and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from enquiry generation to project execution, installation, commissioning, and customer handover.
- Maintain accurate customer data, sales pipeline, quotations, and follow-up records in CRM or ERP systems.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, new industrial projects, and customer expansion opportunities.
- Represent Fillpack Technology professionally during customer visits, trade fairs, exhibitions, seminars, and industry events.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Food Technology, Dairy Technology, Agricultural Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or MBA (Marketing).
- 2–7 years of experience in Industrial Machinery Sales, Technical Sales, Capital Equipment Sales, B2B Sales.
- Strong understanding of industrial manufacturing processes and customer requirements.
- Experience managing customer relationships and long sales cycles.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with Engineering, Production, Service, and Project teams.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India for customer meetings, exhibitions, factory visits, installations, and project discussions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
